• All products listed on the website are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, there may be instances where a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and provide an option for a refund or alternative product.
• For customized products, please be aware that due to the bespoke nature, variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of handmade leather products.

• Non-Refundable Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except for items that are damaged during shipping.
• Damage Claims: If an item is damaged during shipping, a claim must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. You must provide photographic evidence of the damage, and the item must be unused and in its original condition.
• If your claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

• Due to the unique and bespoke nature of customized leather products, production timelines can vary depending on the volume of orders at the time of purchase.
• If a delay is expected, we will notify you prior to the expected completion time. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays can occur due to high order volumes, material sourcing, or unforeseen circumstances. Please note that such delays are common and cannot always be avoided.
• By placing a customized order, you acknowledge and accept that delays may occur and that Two Puppies Leather Studio is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by such delays.

• Incorrect Shipping Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping and contact information at the time of purchase. If you submit incorrect email or physical address details, Two Puppies Leather Studio is not liable for any lost packages or communication issues caused by the inaccurate information.
• Lost or Undeliverable Packages: If an item is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information or absence of the recipient, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Worldwide Shipping: We offer shipping to most countries globally; however, exclusions may apply based on logistics and local regulations. You will be informed during the checkout process if we cannot ship to your location.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by customs clearance or delays in the shipping carrier's network. Two Puppies Leather Studio is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping companies.
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during international shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Our leather products are crafted with care, and we provide guidance on proper maintenance. However, we do not offer warranties on normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care of the product.
